Update on ICU Closures
We notified you on June 12th that Inspira advised the Union of their intent to close Elmer and Mannington Intensive Care Units. We have spent the last week negotiating with them, and we now have an agreement that follows contract
HPAE Inspira Member Update: ICUs at Elmer and Mannington
We are writing to regretfully inform you that Inspira has decided to close the Intensive Care Units at the Mannington and Elmer facilities. This is a layoff of approximately 15 RN positions at Mannington and approximately 12 at Elmer.

HPAE local 5621 Officer Election
Nominations for Local 5621 Officer positions were closed on July 28. In accordance with the HPAE election rules, all unopposed candidates shall be deemed elected.
HPAE local 5621 2025 Notice of Nominations and Election
In accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws of HPAE local 5621, the election of local union officers will take place by secret mail ballot.
