Management continues to reject any contractual staffing protections. Members again spoke forcefully about the need for clear, actionable staffing numbers in any contract we ratify.

HPAE Local 5107 members at Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation & Pediatrics have voted overwhelmingly to authorize a strike if bargaining continues to show little progress.
Last week, 89% of Union Members cast a ballot in our Strike Authorization Vote, and 98% of voters voted YES to authorize a Strike.
