Members who participate in the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program will have a new service provider, beginning July 1, 2026. Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield will change from Horizon My Way to WEX.
This week management has failed to come to the table to address our issues around staffing and fair wages. Complete Cares’ last offer of less than 3% over 3 years is unacceptable and disrespectful.
After 21 long and frustrating hours of bargaining, we gave management notice of our intent to STRIKE on June 16th at 7am. Management's last offer was far from the contract that our members and our patients deserve.
Management Continues to bargain in bad faith. They still have not provided insurance and staffing information. They continue to reject our demands for Safe Staffing and only increased their wage offer by 0.25%.

After a very frustrating day, we did not reach an agreement on a contract this evening and remain VERY far apart on our key issues. However at the end of the session, we started getting some momentum towards an agreement.
After 5 bargaining sessions management today made no attempt to address the major issues that we have had on the bargaining table since day 1: A fair wage, improved staffing and floating.
Yesterday (5/27/2026) at bargaining we made incremental progress with management on our core issues of enforceable nurse to patient ratios, highly competitive pay and benefits and a safe workplace for us and our patients.
On June 4, we will have Strike Captain Training. All members are encouraged to attend. We will discuss logistics and roles for a potential strike.
